Northwest Friends Looks To "Mobile-ize" Their Message

NFC church brings sermons, news, and more to members mobile phones

DENVER, CO - In an effort to modernize and stay ahead of the curve, Northwest Friends Church (NFC) announced the unveiling of the Northwest Friends iPhone App. With this leap, into somewhat uncharted territory, NFC now leads the pack in communication, technology, and reach. Bringing to the forefront their overall message and values. The app was developed, designed, and managed by Crew Designs, a leader in mobile and web technologies based in Denver, CO.

The app was developed to serve NFC members and to allow them easy mobile access to content. With the app, users can easily stream or download the latest sermons from Sunday. They also have instant access to the latest church news and blogs. Another key feature was making it easy for people to get directions and find information about NFC.

In the future the NFC app will begin to incorporate even more meaningful forms of communication, such as push notifications. This way NFC can get out the latest news and event to users. The future also will hold a unique user interface for iPad users, and down the road will be converted for users of the Android OS.

Northwest Friends Church is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood in Arvada, Colorado. We aren’t located next to a busy freeway or in a shopping mall or a vacated Safeway store. Our meeting facility is in the heart of a neighborhood. It’s a neighborhood of families who are just like us.
