How to change your page title in Joomla

So you have tabs all neatly displayed in your browser when you notice that your site says something that you didn't tell it to. So, what do you do? Well this is actually a very easy and quick fix to people who have Joomla know how, and know where to find it.

1. So starting at the admin cpanel in Joomla (backend of Joomla) you need to go to your menu tab and select the menu category that you wish to change. 

2. Now you pick the menu name that you want to change.

3. Now that you are inside of your menu you should see a few options on your right hand side.  the one that you want to open up is called Parameters (System).

4. Once you have this opened up you should see the first thing that you can edit is your page title...and that is all you have to do and then select apply.

Now if you do not want your page title to display on your page you need to go to the option right below all of this and select, that's right you guessed it, no.
